Since 1993, the Department of Management and International Business has opened its doors at Ain Shams University, on the third floor of the Faculty of Commerce of Ain Shams University. The DGCI offers its students an university education of excellence, preparing them for the French diplomas of bachelor of management sciences (3 years of study) and master in Marketing and brand strategy (2 years of study) from the Institute of Business Administration of Poitiers and the Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University (4 years of study).The DGCI welcomes limited promotions of 80 students per year, allowing quality learning, in a serene working environment allowing the student to flourish throughout his studies. The quality of the course and the supervision of the training allows about twenty students each year to travel to France to continue their study via scholarship schemes. The DGCI integrates professional experiences within its career path, facilitating the employability of young graduates.

Ain Shams University

Founded in July 1950, Ain Shams University is the third oldest public university in Egypt. Its mission is to satisfy the growing demand for higher education. Since its creation, Ain Shams University has cooperated with Cairo University and Alexandria University to achieve academic objectives and accept the increase in the number of candidates. Today it has fifteen faculties, two specialized institutes and a university hospital.

The Faculty of Commerce

Created in 1960, the Faculty of Commerce of Ain Shams University is one of the largest in Egypt. The English section and the French department (the DGCI) opened their doors in 1993.This faculty makes it possible to prepare many diplomas, among which the Bachelor of Business,the Masters of Commerce and the Doctorate (PhD.).
